Well, We Moved!

Hey folks,

This one won’t be as link filled as the last, because as you may have heard, Twitter announced that it will, in fact, shut down Revue in January. Revue was what we were using to deliver the newsletter before now. So to get ahead of it we have moved to Substack!

I’m sure there are some cool new features I can take advantage of here that will make this fun, but for now it’s slightly more difficult to add all the links so it may be a little link poor until after the year. I hope that’s all right.

Revue had integrated RSS feeds in the tool I used to compose each issue. So I would just pull in the episodes of each podcast from there. Drag and drop. Substack does not appear to have that. It does have a lot of button options. They’re all for paid subscriptions and I don’t have that turned on for somethign promoted as Free Tom Newsletter. So those aren’t much use.

It does have a poll!
