Tom's Renaissance Review

Hey folks,

So last night I went to see Beyoncé’s Renaissance movie in the theater thanks to a friend of mine being nice enough to jump on the tickets. It was really good. I mean she is an incomparable performer, of course, but also the editing was tight. You got to see pretty much every outfit she wore across her tour, but without skipping a beat on performances. I’m guessing the kept the audio from one performance whiloe cutting in the other videos. But it was smooth.

It also had a lot of documentary interstitial’s with some backstage moments, a trip to her childhood home in Houston and lots of archive video of her as a young person. Truly special stuff. If you like good music and have any interest in Queen Bey, I highly recommend it.
