Heck of a week! Still feeling the Crowdstrike reverberations, and then OpenAI goes and launches a search engine. This is slow summer tech news for you.

We also have a fast-growing puppy that we now know is 30% Huskie. Meaning he’s stubborn and talks a lot. Check! He’s also 20% German Shepherd. which means he is also extra smart. Which huskies are too. Check! He might be part alien. We’re not sure. The DNA test didn’t show that.

But he is growing which means we now have a huge playpen area for him. Because he’s getting huge.

Exciting news. Our first pet tech video starring Seven should be up soon! It’s a dog puzzle. So not super techy. But he loved it.

So let’s start with our Seven the dog picture of the week. Here he is pretending he doesn’t constantly roam abotu the house sniffing for crumbs and things to chew on normally. Unless we give him yak cheese.

TV Show pick of the week

Oddly is The Boys on Amazon Prime Video. It seems odd, but between House of the Dragon or The Boys to relax, we ended up choosing the Boys at one point this week. I know. We can’t explain it either. We’re just past halfway through the new season.

Song Pick of the week

IU - Holssi. It’s a song about how nice it would be to be a dandelion seed. And IU is coming to LA August 2 and we’re going!! So been thinking about her music a lot.

HOT TAKE of the Week!

This one was suggested by Ryan. I’m going to go with my Threads post about Microsoft saying it is calling for changes to Windows. Does it need to call? Can’t it just make the call?

Drink of the week

This one was suggested by Sang. It’s an iced Americano. Perfect for a hot summer afternoon. And man was it hot. The afternoon. Not the Americano.
